Both the boys’ and girls’ varsity soccer teams celebrated wins Monday, October 5, on their home turf. The girls’ team took down Franklin 8-1 before the boys topped rival Cathedral Prep 3-1.
The girls had eight different goal scorers as they celebrated senior night. Tess Trapp, Elaina Sajdak, Kiera Spano, Casey Meeker, Olivia Zabrosky, Kenadie Fletcher, Ella Fiorelli, and Abby Reesman all found the back of the net.
Later in the evening, the boys were locked in a tough match but prevailed thanks to a pair of goals by Alex Wood plus another from Ayush Mahat.
